Local Delivery

Thank you for your interest in placing a raw food order! Please read the following information in order to proceed in making your order.

Here at the Natural Cornish Pet Shop, we deliver all of our local and local+ raw deliveries ourselves.

To ensure your order gets to you quickly before it can thaw, and to be as economic as possible when driving our orders out to you, we have implemented new terms and conditions across the board for our delivery service.

To qualify for local delivery, you must live within one of the following towns in Cornwall.

Camborne, Falmouth, Hayle, Helston, Penryn, Penzance, Redruth,
St Ives, Truro.

Alternatively, if you live no more than a mile outside of one of the following routes, we will happily deliver to you under our local delivery rules.


- A394 between Penzance, Helston and Penryn - Covering Longrock, Marazion, Goldsithney, Perranuthnoe, Roseudgeon, Praa Sands, Porthleven, Breage, Sithney, Trewennack, Trevenen, Seworgan, Carnebone, Edgecumbe, Rame Cross, Longdowns and Mabe Burnthouse.

- A39 Between Penryn and Truro - Covering Perranaworthal, Devoran, Carnon Downs, Playing Place and Kea.

- A390 Between Truro and Threeburrows (Chiverton Cross Roundabout) - Covering Highertown, Gloweth, Threemilestone, Penstraze and Threeburrows.

- A30 Between Three Burrows and Penzance - Covering Blackwater, Wheal Rose, Scorrier, Radnor, Mount Ambrose, Tolgus Mount, Pool, Tolvaddon, Tuckingmill, Treswithian, Roseworthy, Connor Downs, Angarrack and Loggans. 

- A3074 and St Ives Road Between Hayle and St Ives - Covering Lelant, Longstone, Carbis Bay.

Please note, if you try and order from outside one of these locations, you will not qualify for Local Delivery, and will be asked to either meet our minimum spend requirement for Local Delivery+, or we will cancel and refund your order. 

It is at our discretion whether you qualify for Local or Local Delivery+, please get in contact with us if you are unsure which service you qualify for.

For Local Delivery orders, there is a minimum spend of £49.

Our Minimum spend has been implemented to ensure that the quantity of frozen products will keep the whole box chilled. We will not consider smaller orders, due to the risk of stock thawing in transit. If you wish to purchase a smaller quantity of items, please visit us in-store to shop the full range of raw products.

Our minimum spend also means we can be more economic by only driving larger quantities of stock out to people!

Our Local & Local Delivery+ delivery days are Tuesday and Saturday every week, in the afternoon and early evenings. We DO NOT operate a timed delivery service. Our delivery times will depend on the number of orders and their locations on the day.

We all live busy lives here in Cornwall, if you are not going to be in during our delivery times, please get in contact with us and we can either leave your package somewhere safe (at your risk), re-arrange your order to our next delivery date, or issue a refund, both with at least 48 hours notice.

To qualify for same day delivery, you must make your orders before 10am on either the Tuesday or Saturday, to allow for processing and packing time. Orders made after this time will be delivered on the next delivery day.

We strive to offer the best service possible, however we cannot guarantee all orders made before 10am on the day of delivery will be able to be delivered that day.

Our team deliver our Local and Local Delivery+ orders ourselves, with frozen products packed into poly boxes to preserve their temperatures.

These poly boxes can be returned to us for reuse either when we deliver to you, the next time we deliver to you, or by dropping it into our store in St Erth.

National Delivery orders are posted for next day delivery via DPD Monday to Thursday. 

If your order is delivered to you with products damaged, missing or incorrect, you must inform us as soon as possible, and within two days from the date of delivery.

If you notify us of a problem with your goods, we will either make good any missing products, repalce any goods that are found to be damaged or defective, or refund the amount paid to you for the goods in question at the discretion of Natural Cornish Pet.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to fulfilment, please get in touch and we can cancel your order and issue you a refund. We cannot cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
