Raw National Delivery
Thank you for your interest in placing a raw food order! Please read the following information in order to proceed in making your order.
We have implemented several changes to our Raw National Delivery service, to help improve the service for our customers, as well as making it easier for us to process your order!
National Delivery covers the areas of Cornwall not covered by Local or Local Delivery+, as well as the rest of mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
National Delivery also covers areas in Cornwall covered by Local and Local Delivery+, as a quicker service if you cannot wait for our next delivery date (Tuesdays and Saturdays).
For Local Delivery+ orders, there is a minimum spend of £90.
Our Minimum spend has been implemented to ensure that the quantity of frozen products will keep the whole box chilled. We will not consider smaller orders, due to the risk of stock thawing in transit. If you wish to purchase a smaller quantity of items, please visit us in-store to shop the full range of Raw products.
Our minimum spend also means we can be more economic and greener, by only shipping larger quantities of stock out to people!
National Delivery orders will be sent via DPD Courier to be delivered the following day. If you place your order on a Friday, your raw order will be posted the following Monday, to prevent the risk of your order sitting in the postage depot over the weekend and thawing.
To have your order sent to you for next day delivery, your order will need to be placed before 10am, to allow for processing time. orders made after this time will be sent the following working day. We always strive to offer the best service possible, however we cannot guarantee all orders made before 10am will be able to be dispatched that day.
National Delivery orders will be delivered via DPD Courier the following day. DPD will contact you on the day to inform you of your delivery time.
Your order will come packed in a Poly Box, designed to preserve the products temperatures. If you live locally, these boxes may be returned to us in store for reuse!
If your order is delivered to you with products damaged, missing or incorrect, you must inform us as soon as possible, and within two days from the date of delivery.
If you notify us of a problem with your goods, we will either make good any missing products, replace any goods that are found to be damaged or defective, or refund the amount paid to you for the goods in question at the discretion of Natural Cornish Pet.
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch and we can cancel your order and issue you a refund. We cannot cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
